The service was amazing. the pool was nice. - Big units with table and chairs. - 2 bathrooms. - the staff were very pleasant. - Marvellous and stunning location. - A super close walk to a night club. Overall, great service and amenities, convenient location, and friendly staff make Bellevue Residence Apartments an excellent choice for a ski holiday in Bansko.

The staff were nice and amiable, gave us great tips. the location was fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ice Rink. Really enjoyed that it was set near to the ski rental shops, the gondola lift, and the main bars/restaurants.

Our location was great on the beach in the Caribbean.

Big rooms and very hot. Huge bathroom. Perfect Spa. 200 m from gondola. The beds and the room design it's not so new.

Friendly and helpful personnel. New Year gala dinner very well organised - folk show before midnight and DJ later on. Good location. We were accomodated in 2+2 apartment, which was enought spacious, well heated, cleaned everyday. Ski-rent service and shuttle bus to gondola. Cosy lobby bar with fire place and reasonable prices. Good place for skiers, group of families.

Water in the jacussy requares more frequent change. Lack of warm water showers in the spa area.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will come back. Well, it was an excellent stay during my visit. 3. the location was marvelous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Gondola Lift.

Τhe location , 5 min. walk to the gondola. Spa facilities , indoor pool all working properly and satisfactory. The food (breakfast-dinner) was tasty. The room was warm.Radiator worked properly.

Massage prices could be lower. Breakfast could be richer for a four star hotel that its supposed to be. The restaurant-breakfast room was small. The room we stayed at , was not what we expected for a 4* hotel. Seemed neglected and old fashioned. Tv was also CRT type and the most annoying was the fridge that was SO noisy!!

Location: the hotel was just next door to the Gondola ski lift and the main bars/restaurants. It also was right by the ski slopes. The room was airy and beautifully maintained, and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The comforts of the reasonably large room with 4 beds were fabulous. Having an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were an advantage. The staff was hospitable, and the location was amazing and incredible. There was a good restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

The location of this place is fantastic as it is close to a gondola station, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Had a really amazing stay for a ski holiday. the rooms were huge and tidy with a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom. - the view of the mountains was pleasant. - A fantastic and stunning location, a short walk to the ski lifts, the gondola, and the ski center of town. - the Gondola Lift was around the corner. - I would recommend the place.

This place is conveniently located near the Gondola Lift with easy access to bars and restaurants.

The room here was great, it had everything we needed and looked like it was brand-new. the view of the mountains from the room was just stunning! 🏞️
